New Guests:

New clients please fill out new client form prior to requesting an appointment. Additional in person or phone consultations may be requested for transformative and corrective color services.

-All new guests are required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. Deposit will go toward your services. After requesting an appointment an invoice will be sent via email. Upon completion, your space will be reserved.

How To Arrive:

The Haus of Jane specializes in embracing natural textures for cuts and colors. This means Madison will cut, color and style your hair to best suit your hair's natural form. Please arrive for every appointment with clean and dry hair with minimal product (a light leave in is fine, no oils, gels, hairspray, dry shampoo or anything with hold) in its natural pattern, within 24 hours of your last wash, no hats, clips ponytails or unnatural bends in your hair. Arriving with your hair wet, in an unnatural pattern, or with an excess of product can conflict with our allotted time together. If bleach will be applied on your scalp please come in with 24-48 hr dirty hair to help prevent scalp irritation.

Masks are required.


Pricing:

Our rate is gender free, gratuity free, all inclusive pricing at $150 per hour. The time and care each individual needs for their hair is subjective. By eliminating service based prices we’re able to tailor your appointment toward your hair’s needs and your budget. Policies:

The Haus of Jane enforces a firm cancellation/lateness policy.

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any fees.

-You will receive 3 reminders for your appointment: via text 4 days prior to you appointment (the ideal text to respond to if you need to cancel or reschedule) you will receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment as well as another text 24 hours prior. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment

Cancellation fees: Canceling/rescheduling within 48 hours or no show will incur the following fees: $100 for all color appointments, $50 for all haircut and styling appointments.
-Lateness: We allow a grace period up to 15 minutes. Any time after we cannot guarantee that your services can be performed that day resulting in a cancellation fee or a shorter service that will be charged for the full amount of time booked.

-Please reschedule if you are experiencing any cold symptoms.

Rescheduling: Please reschedule all appointments no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment that means you are within the 48 hour cut off and will be charged a cancellation fee. All fees must be settled prior to rescheduling an appointment.

We understand life happens and things change, we cannot sustain the cost of other's life circumstances. Please do not book an appointment if you cannot incur these possible fees.

The Haus of Jane reserves the right to refuse service or place a guest on a walk-in only basis if they are a repeat offender of our policies. Walk-in means you can email week of to check availability and schedule an appointment.

All guests must provide a card on file to confirm your appointment.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Revisions: We are willing to go to any length to ensure our guest’s satisfaction. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your service for any reason please contact us within 1 week of your service to schedule an adjustment with your stylist. No refunds.

Salon/Office Hours: We’re open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11-6 ish. Please allow 24-48 hours for responses.
